• Where are you based?
  
  A. I am located in Bramley, Leeds but cover a wide area (Yorkshire and beyond) for my services.
  
  
• How can I arrange an appointment?
  
  A. Give me a call on 07855 307402 or 0113 2568153 or use the contact form on the contacts page and we can arrange a convenient time to meet. You are welcome to phone me evenings and weekends as well.
  
  
• Do you do evening and weekend appointments?
  
  A. Yes, evenings and weekend appointments available (unless I have a wedding on). This makes it easier for you so you don't have to take time off work.
  
  
• Do you charge for a consultation?
  
  A. No, initial consultations are free. If you require a second consultation then there will be a charge for that. However, most couples would then pay for my services and all consultations are included in the fee.
  
  
• Where will the consultation be held?
  
  A. I prefer to hold them at the couple's house or a convenient venue (e.g. cafe, hotel etc).
  
  
• Are there any former clients I can contact about your services?
  
  A. Yes, my clients would be happy to be contacted.
  
  
• Do you provide a contract?
  
  A. Yes I do. This is so you know I will do what you are paying me to do and also that you will pay me for the services I carry out for you.
  
  
• I'm not sure what level of service I require - can you still help?
  
  A. Of Course! At the consultation we will discuss all your plans and what you think you require help with. Depending on how far along the planning process you are will help determine which service you require.
  
  
• How do you look after our personal information?
  
  A. I am registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's office) as part of the Data Protection Act 1998. My computer is password protected.
