Wedding Day Co-ordination

We'll meet about 6 weeks before the wedding and you tell me everything you want to happen on the day and who you've booked. I will contact all your vendors, confirm all the details with them and be the point of contact on the day. I'll make sure the venues are set up to your requirements including placing place cards and favours. I'll put together a timetable for the day so everyone involved knows what's going to happen and when. I'll also be available to any of your guests that need assistance throughout the day.

This is a valuable service that both you, your family and friends will appreciate.

• Up to 3 consultations in which your plans are discussed in detail.
• Develop a wedding day itinerary.
• On-site wedding day co-ordination until approx. 8.30 pm.
• Supervision of set-up, floral arrangements etc at the ceremony.
• Assist you and wedding party prior to ceremony.
• Supervise line up for processional.
• Remove small items from ceremony venue and transport to reception venue.
• Supervise set-up of reception venue.
• Place centre-pieces, place cards and favours.
• Supervision and communication with the vendors throughout the reception.
• Assist the bridal party and wedding guests in any way possible throughout the day and handle anything unexpected.
• Additional tasks can be assigned to me during the consultation (e.g. collection of cake, returning hired items, making sure the band is paid).
